The podcast currently has 12 episodes available.
In this episode Kelsey discusses her journey of infertility so far and her thoughts walking into their first round of IVF in Calgary. We chat about how to hold feelings that feel like hot potatoes and how to support someone you love when you don't quite understand what they're going through or have no lived experience in what they're holding. As always, we cry.

On this episode we chat about if love languages are real and what they might mean for your romantic and platonic relationships. We discuss our own love languages and what we've noticed about learning the ways our partners like to be loved. We each discuss the ways that love languages miss the mark sometimes and also how we can use them as a tool to love ourselves more specifically and tenderly.

In this episode we talk about courage and vulnerability by holding the worry, "do I have enough courage for the things I have to do?". We discuss the big and small ways we have had courage and the ways in which we are being more intentional about leaning into the courage we've displayed in the past. We hear Heidi chat about flying through the sky and Kelsey talks queer choir and beating social anxiety (in this one little and beautiful way).
All episodes written, recorded and produced by us, Kelsey and Heidi.

As always, a huge thank you for listening.
You matter so much.
In this episode we talk about one of the most popular worries that has been submitted to us since we started the show: how do I support someone when I don't necessarily agree with their actions or choices? How do we uphold our boundaries with someone we love? Is it okay to not have the capacity to help?
As always, our intro music is by Andy Carey.

In this episode we hold the worries: “How do I decide to go to therapy?”, “How do we deal with leaving therapy?” and “How do I make new friends?”.
We discuss the difficulty of embracing vulnerability, the barriers we face in feeling safe being vulnerable, and how therapy has both helped and hurt us in the past. We chat about the difficulty of finding enough energy to do the work of finding a therapist that works for us and discuss times when we decided to end a therapeutic relationship with a therapist.

In this episode we discuss the worries you hold around our health, the health and wellbeing of those we love, and feeling like a burden if we experience chronic pain or illness. Heidi discusses her experience witnessing her parents suffer and live through that suffering and Kelsey discusses her MS diagnosis and the reckoning that has been happening in the wake of the unknown.

You matter. Your worries matter.
In our most vulnerable episode yet, we discuss your worries around grief through discussing our lived experiences of the deep grief that we each hold. We touch on memories, the surprising places we may find grief, grief myths, anticipatory grief, and grieving a loved one who dies by suicide. We cry with each other as we speak about our particular layers of grief and share things that we have rarely shared with others.

In this episode we honour our listeners and your worries about change. We discuss internal and external change and our various reactions to being thrust into the change we welcome and the change we didn't sign up for. Heidi discusses her excitement around change and Kelsey expresses how trauma has impacted her ability to embrace it. Heidi reads a poem by Mary Oliver and we both discuss the tools that help keep us grounded when we are going through change or transition.
