Join me to reflect on your own needs and gain an alternative perspective of living with mental ill health and the pressures we all face whether we have a mental ill health diagnosis or not. Let us learn to live with more compassion and kindness, and help support each other in the journey we call life.  

We often get caught up living up to other peoples expectations and worrying about whether we are doing life right? If this sounds familiar have a little listen to my ramble and let me know if it gives you something to think about, and helps you to make some changes. 

We all have scary stuff that we have to overcome in life... sometimes we can avoid it... sometimes we can't. Sometimes fear is completely paralysing and sometimes we can 'push through'. This is a little ramble about that, and my hopes for the future of #NOLABELS Rambles Podcast. Enjoy!
