  • NWP 36: Dealing With Mental Blocks During Covid-19
After having a conversation with a good friend about him dealing with feeling blocked mentally with his own projects and also figuring out my own way to deal with this weird year, I thought it was a good idea to share some insight.
Truth is 2020 is not normal, so the best way to combat that is by doing something not normal. Sounds interesting right? Well in this short but sweet episode, we go over what can be done to reclaim your power during what can feel like a powerless time in our lives. I'm not sure what might work for you, but give things a try when things start heading south. Enjoy!

  • NWP 33: Covid-19 Cancels Races, But Don't Let It Cancel Our Race
Covid-19 is going after everything that we care about. And for starters, it's coming after social gathering like concerts, bars, restaurants and our beloved races. The Boston Marathon, postponed. The London Marathon, postponed. Most of our Spring trail races, cancelled or postponed.
We all understand a bit about why. But do we understand the reasons why social distancing is a movement that we all need to be undertaking. Why some of the major sporting associations are on pause indefinitely?
In this episodes, I read over a very insightful article written by Corrine Malcolm from irunfar.com which serves as a community guide for not only just us runners, but the human race in general on how to navigate this time where we're forced to isolate for the benefit of our neighbor.
Enjoy and keep your head up at this time. And also, train hard still. Our race and our time to shine will come before you know it!

  • NWP 30: Why I Run And My First Ultra Marathon DNF
Here's something that most of ya'll don't know. I'm super passionate about running. For someone who used to think that running was a punishment (maybe it still is haha) to now actually using it as a way to gain clarity in my life, it became one of the most painful moments to have experienced my first failure when it's come to this sport.
The past week has shaken the foundations of who I've built my current version on and well now I couldn't be more committed because of this humbling experience.
In this episode, I go over what running means to me, why I started and what this failure has served.
And don't get me wrong, i'm still dealing with it. But this most recent change in the Nomad Wolf podcast is just a way for me to help deal with it. And don't worry we're still going to cover some marketing and business, but best believe we're going deeper into everything else surrounding human performance and potential as well.

  • NWP 29: Make 5 Figures In A Month Without Being The Expert
In this episode of Nomad Wolf coffee talks, we join online entrepreneur and producer Roger Deveau.
We tap into MasterClass how it relates to Roger's business model he calls "The Producer Model." We go over some of the benefits of why he's found so much success with it.
For many new digital marketers in the space, they understand how to market a product but don't necessarily have a course or digital product to market. This is where joint ventures or partnerships can be forged and how a digital marketer could help create a small video series for someone else and also help run traffic to.
Roger also explains his thoughts on why production value doesn't matter so much and what to really pay attention to. And also why meeting the expert or influencer in real life, might not prove to always be beneficial.
If you're a digital marketer looking for a process to get a digital product off the ground, the Producer Model might be something you should be looking into.

In this coffee talk episode of Nomad Wolf, we're joined by the Co-founder and Director of Growth at GoodHands, Amrit Singh.
Amrit learned early on that following his interests only led to good things. When combining his expression of creative with his stack of marketing experience, he knew he could deliver immense value to not only other creatives but also start-up ventures.
