Today, I get to sit down with one of my favorite humans in Wilmington, Buffy Andrews! Buffy is a Licensed Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and the Founder/Owner of The Made Well Center for Wholeness. She was also one of my (Kathryn) first friends in Wilmy, and I have LOVED watching her chase her dreams with drive and passion for the last 4+ years. During our chat today, we talk about the difference between empathy and sympathy and how what we are feeling in any particular moment should never be followed by shame because our emotions are normal! We also chat about how we don't have to have it all figured out or know the end destination... We just have to take one small step of obedience towards what is next for us.
