At the end of August, the Silicon Valley Leadership Group hosted a

forum in Mountain View to celebrate women leaders. In this excerpt from the

event, Wendy Okolo, a NASA Aerospace Engineering Researcher and Hannah Gordon,

a former journalist and now the Chief Administrative Officer of the San

Francisco 49ers share lessons they’ve had to teach – or learn. Wendy Okolo

The local non-profit, California Human Development held a panel

discussion with North Bay Women leaders last month. In this excerpt from the

panel, Barbie Robinson, the Director of the Sonoma County Department of Health

Services, was asked how she disrupts the status quo.

and Karen Demarest of the Sonoma County Community Foundation will be joining us

Director Ann Shin started out wanting to make a documentary

about female spies. But the film she ended up making, wasn’t what she expected.

This Saturday on KRCB TV 22, we’re premiering Reveal TV,

from The Center for Investigative Reporting. The first documentary, “The

Terrorist Hunter,” tells the story of Rita Katz, who co-founded her own private

intelligence company.  But Katz’s legacy

is also surrounded by controversy. Director of the film Ann Shin talked with

KRCB’s Adia White from her office in Canada.
