Rob runs through a lot of Scripture as we look at examples of conflict found in the New Testament and how, as Christ Followers, we are to handle conflict.

Rob uses Acts 15 as the foundation to explain "help" in our mission statement, We Help People Find and Follow Jesus. When we have a message that is about life and death, no secondary message can get in the way.

Rob kicks off season two of our Pivot series, recapping where we've been and covering Acts 13. We'll follow Paul's first missionary journey for guidance on how we can love people who pivot towards and away from Jesus.

Each year leads us to both lament and thanksgiving, as followers of Jesus, we hold both of these things in tension and find joy in-between them. We hope this message encourages you to view 2021 as a new morning, a new gift, and another opportunity to find joy in the steadfast love of the Lord.

And in this, we will see that, throughout Scripture, and throughout our lives, the Lord is near and known, He is for and with us, and he evens dwells within and among us. So in this difficult year, we can take hope and confidence in the fact that the Lord is near.
