The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak was felt very quickly by many nonprofit organizations in the North Country. As people lost jobs and income, the groups that depended on those people to support them saw their funding dwindle. Quickly, the region’s community foundations swung into action, creating emergency needs funds for groups that provide vital services.
