This summer law enforcement agencies combined their efforts to track down suspected violent criminals in the Seattle-area to help keep World Cup festivities safe.

The Clark County Council voted ((yesterday/ Tuesday)) to ask voters if they will raise property taxes to renovate the local jail. Two funding questions about the jail will appear on the November ballot.
