If you have ever wondered what an Irish Youtuber does everyday then now is your chance to find out. Rebecca is a Youtuber, a social media all-rounder, a confidence coach as well as many, many more things that can be added to her CV.
Rebecca is one of the most confident people I have ever met and is using her passion of being truly herself and not letting the opinions of others keep you from doing what you love to help others through her 8 week course called, The Confidence Game.
We chat about being judged for going the unconventional route and the small town mindset that comes naturally when you do anything out of the ordinary.
If you are looking to start working in the world of social media or even just looking to venture into something different and need a bit of a push, then this podcast is a great listen for you.

On this week's episode I am so buzzing to have a very special guest on with me, the lovely Lynsey Bennett. Lynsey is one of many women in Ireland who has been affected by the consistent wrongful reading of her smear test results and is now battling terminal, invasive cervical cancer. She is only 32 years of age and a mother to two gorgeous girls.
Lynsey is beyond inspirational, even though she can't see it herself, and is helping so many people by documenting her journey through her Instagram page @cancerwithgratitude. We chat about so many different things from everything she has faced from 2009 until now, how important it is to trust your own gut, always push for the answers you deserve and to know your own body.
While having so many curve balls thrown at her and even though many others would be filled with anger because of the wrongdoings, she discusses how the book, The Magic, has taught her that anger has no benefit in this situation and gratitude is the way forward.
I will let the podcast do the rest of the talking because Lynsey's story really speaks for itself.
I hope you enjoy the episode x

On this weeks episode, I chat with two lovely Irish lads, John and Daniel, who are the faces behind Atak Sports AU. They decided to take the plunge and start a business here in Australia after 2 years of talking about it. Little did they know (nor did anyone) that a global pandemic would strike just four days after the business launched so they discuss how that has affected them and their business along with any advice on what it is like to run an online business in this day and age.
We discuss the highs and the lows as well as how good the Irish communities are abroad. If you have ever thought about stepping out of your comfort zone and starting your own business or just branching out in general then this is a great podcast for you to listen to.

One of my favorite episodes to date if I do say so myself. I chat with my dad, Declan Dowling, about his life as a child, growing up on the farm, with greyhounds and being put out in the shed for the summer months.
He gives out plenty of wisdom and cute stories as well as talking about his 35 years of marriage to my mom and how they managed to raise a baby, get married at 19/21 all while working and studying.
He gives his favorite memories, his most life changing memories and the times that I upset him and frustrated him the most.
There's so much more so I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it! x

On this weeks episode I am chatting about this weird old thing that people call farm work. I have a chin wag with my friends Erin and Bronagh who are currently completing their regional work to get their second year here in Australia with their friends Darragh and Rachel. I also have some voice notes about from some other special guests about what they learned and what you can expect while on the farm. We discuss the tears, the laughs, the friendships and the absolute torturous work they went through and so much more!
If you want to have a look at Caoimhe's highlights of her farm work that I mention in this episode this is the link to her Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/caofakenny/

On this weeks epsiode I am so excited to have another podcaster with me to have a chat and a laugh! Caroline is behind the podcast, A County Down Under, and is a fellow Irish woman over here in Sydney. We discuss all about her recent successes and her fantastic events and initiatives that she has started over the last few months. Her aim is to bring Irish expats together over here and help tackle any lonliness that people might be feeling while living so far away from home as well as helping those who battle with any mental struggles.
Follow her page on Instagram @acountydownunder to keep up to date with the Sunrise Social information, monthly bottomless brunches and future events like her (sold out) boat party.

On this weeks episode I make a stab at my favorite style of podcasting - discussing people's juicy dilemmas. I sift through the internet and find some intersting and quite worrying issues and attempt to give my own personal advice and have a laugh at their expence. My advice could be shite and is most definetly not professional or anything close to that but it was definitely a bit of craic!
I would love to make this a more regular feature on the podcast but with the help of some fresh stories, dilemmas or just anything worth featuring. So, I will be adding a link to an anonymous submission box for any of my followers to submit whatever they would like. Keep an eye out on my Instagram for when I post the link for this Tumblr anonymous box. It will be in my Instagram bio very soon.

On this weeks episode I am so excited to finally have my first ever interview (outside of my friends) on the podcast. I'm joined by Jenn, an Irish woman from Cork, who has been working as a stripper for years all over the world. Jenn is currently living and working in Perth and with sex work being so topical now more than ever, I thought what better time to find out everything I've ever wanted to know and also attempt to break down some of that silly stigma attached to her career choice. Enjoy!! x

On this weeks episode I'm talking about all the things that people don't tell you about when moving to Australia. The ups, the downs, everything in between and the random things that we do that you wouldn't dream of doing at home. It may all look like sunshine and craic through the phone but it isn't all easy! Hopefully you get a little bit of an insight into the place I've called home for almost three years or if you're here like me I hope you have a laugh at some of the things that each of us over here can relate to. Thanks to everyone who sent in your suggestions on Instagram and if you're not already, then check below for my username.
