Let’s face it, we all have that one friend who we KNOW going to be there no matter what. You need a driver to flee the scene? They there. You need an accomplice. They got you. You need an alibi. They got you for that too. You need to cry, slob, and make horrible life choices. They riding shotgun. But what about them? Who looks out for them? Who do they go too when they no longer have the strength to be strong?

This is raw unfiltered and real feelings in this episode. I share it so you know, I experience the same things as you all, and I feel just like you. Sometimes those feelings aren’t good but they’re honest.

As a mother, I often wonder if I am doing a good job? Am I being too harsh? Too lenient? Too mean? Too nice? It’s a natural thought to have cross your mind, as we are raising our children in a world full of “likes, shares, views” and going “viral.” Brooklyn and I are having a candid conversation about our relationship as mother and daughter. Her views on me as a mother and ways I can improve at being a better mother for her, and how she can be the best daughter and person based on the values, morals, & expectations of a mother trying to figure it out.

In this season we are taking a deep dive into motherhood, and all the feelings women don’t want to admit they have. We will discuss how being the person who has to experience love from afar and for others has become the “norm.” We will discuss how to deal with those feelings which make us feel inadequate, unloved, invisible, and alone. Season 2 will not be for the faint hearted. Real shit. Real feelings. Real conversations & and Real Raw.
