I'm sitting down today with Erica Groussman, the founder and CEO of TruBar. As a longtime fan of these bars, I’m thrilled to be chatting with Erica. We dive into her background and how she started TruBar with the mission to create a clean, healthy snack for people on the go. I also share my own journey, from my early days of eating terrible protein bars to discovering TruBar. Erica opens up about the brand's evolution, including the rebranding from TruWomen to TruBar, and the challenges she faced in building her business, from starting out by asking yoga studios to carry her product to growing it into a successful company. We also get personal, discussing the ups and downs of raising kids and navigating the emotions of preteen years. Our conversation touches on experiences with bullying, how we both handled it, and the importance of finding happiness within yourself without worrying about others' opinions.
I'm thrilled to be joined by the one and only Monica Garcia from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City! In this unfiltered episode, we dive into Monica's whirlwind experience on RHOSLC and the explosive reactions to her not being asked back, including the fan outcry over unresolved storylines. Monica opens up about being blocked from returning by the other women, dealing with certain cast members both on and off-camera, and surviving a jaw-dropping 13-hour reunion where she was relentlessly attacked. She also gets real about her toxic relationship with her mother, their months-long silence, and the online bashing that followed when the show aired. We also dive into Monica's mom life, as she shares the chaos of raising four girls of all ages, balancing the madness of young children and careers, and how her kids really feel about seeing their mom on TV. Monica spills the tea on the behind-the-scenes drama of filming RHOSLC. She assures us her scenes were as real as it gets, but dishes on the one thing she believes was staged. We tackle the hate Monica has faced since the show aired, including the shady pirate messages from her ex-best friend to the other housewives. Monica reflects on how tearing others down never makes you look better, the harsh reality that being on TV guarantees you’ll be hated, and how her fans were the reason she was able to carry through.

I'm back with a solo episode to catch you up on my life! This time, we're diving into the topic of self-esteem—how building a strong sense of self has helped me understand who I am, what I deserve, and the power of speaking positively about myself. The journey to this point wasn't easy, so I'm sharing some personal stories from my college days, including my experience with sorority life and the struggles that led me to confront my self-esteem issues. I open up about how those challenges led to unhealthy coping mechanisms, like drinking, and the wake-up calls that followed—like the night my roommate had to call 911 or the time I ended up passed out on a bus at 2 AM dressed as Bret Michaels. Those moments pushed me to make a change and give up drinking for good. I'll also discuss how self-esteem impacts relationships, shapes your beliefs, and influences what you’re willing to accept. Now, I've learned to hold my self-worth high, not worry about others' opinions, and demand the respect I deserve. I’m sharing the tips that helped me grow my self-esteem and transform my life.
In this episode, I’m joined by Jason, the owner of Scooby Health, a leading functional health and coaching company. As a personal client of Jason's, I've experienced firsthand the transformative power of his approach to health and wellness. I’m a huge advocate for his coaching and supplements, which have been game-changers in my journey to balance my hormones after years of struggles. Jason dives deep into the signs and symptoms women often overlook when dealing with hormonal imbalances. He sheds light on how thyroid issues are frequently symptoms of a deeper underlying problem and emphasizes the importance of identifying and addressing the root cause. We also discuss the harm of crash diets that not only lead to muscle loss but also increase inflammation. Throughout the episode, Jason shares practical tips for those looking to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. We explore the supplements he recommends for various health concerns and the best diets not just for weight loss but also for reducing inflammation. Whether you're struggling with hormonal issues, trying to improve your overall health, or just curious about functional health, this episode is packed with valuable insights you won’t want to miss.
Welcome to today’s episode, where I’m joined by my friend Lienna May, a clinical nutritionist with a deep expertise in acne and gut health. Acne is a topic that hits close to home for both of us, and today, we’re diving deep into it. Lienna will share her personal journey with acne, exploring the various treatments she’s tried along the way. We'll discuss the crucial difference between acne triggers and underlying causes, and how factors like stress, diet, sleep, gut health, and hormones can all influence our skin. Lienna will also reveal the top three root causes of acne that most people overlook. Plus, we’ll talk about why harsh skin treatments with too many ingredients often do more harm than good compared to medical-grade skincare. And because everyone’s skin is unique, we’ll emphasize how personalized approaches are key to finding what truly works for each individual.
I’m back with my friend Clayton Echard! The last time we saw Clayton was right before his trial, and now he's here to catch us up on everything that went down! Clayton shares how he walked into the courtroom confident of a win, only to have his demeanor completely shift when he saw Laura and her entourage. He reveals the shocking lies she told on the stand, how his legal team absolutely dominated the courtroom, and the powerful moment when two of Laura’s other victims showed up to support him. We discuss how Laura refuses to admit she needs mental help, instead lashing out at the judge. Clayton talks about the incredible support community behind him who have been uncovering more of her lies. We also dive into the dramatic shift in public support for Clayton and how some people actually wanted him to be guilty. Clayton shares some of the interesting DMs he received after his season was released on streaming and how he’s been handling the ongoing challenges. Don't miss this revealing conversation as Clayton opens up like never before.
In this episode, I sit down with Chelsea, the inspiring owner of Burn Boot Camp, an organization dedicated to empowering women in more ways than just through fitness. Finally, we explore the importance of building self-confidence by keeping promises to yourself and setting a positive example for our children to cultivate a love for their bodies and healthy habits.
Renee opens up about her panic disorder and things that help set them off, how social media is affecting everyone's lives today, and having to remember that social media is only a highlight reel of someone's life. How no matter if it's a friendship or relationship she's always looking for the potential in people rather than who they really are.
