Another week, another synchronistic episode! Kira and Shai chose the chaos that is a no theme episode this week, which ended up featuring liars, liars, and shockingly more liars. They say honesty is the best policy, but some of the people clearly missed the memo.

This week's episode was a "no theme" episode that ended up developing its own theme as our stories progressed and it was "Buyer Beware". We have all been in situations that make you weary of others. Maybe it's your friends, families, coworkers, etc., but either way, you may think it'd be best if you gained a little distance between each other. Similar to the lights on your dashboard popping up when your car wants to start acting up, these stories are screaming "CAUTION: Hazard Ahead".

Imagine that you’re laying on a beach: the waves crashing against the shore, pristine white sand nestled warmly between your toes, and the drink in your hand slowly becoming one with the ice in your cup as condensation slides down the glass. For some people, this sounds like a great vacation. A nice reprieve from everyday life where you don’t have a care in the world. This week, the mindset of our writers mirrors that vacation. They’re just completely, maybe even blissfully, unaware of anyone else and possibly are living in their own world where everything revolves around them. Maybe we should bring them back down to earth.

Sometimes throughout life you can come across people who lack a little bit of perspective. They think the sun rises and sets with them, that the stars shine in the night sky just for them, or maybe that the world revolves solely around them. Some people cannot seem to broaden their view of the world and realize that everything isn't about them. To those who fall in this category, they are just now learned that other people have thoughts, feelings, and lives of their own, while others are still working on grasping that concept. Episode 17 shines it spotlight on the realm of entitlement and those in it. It might have you thinking, are they selfless or selfish?
