The day after Arthor's attack, the party begins the final leg of the trip back to Grimsby. But even this stretch of the path is not without problems. The party's mission to Fort Edge Wood has given them more questions than answers.

The cold procession to Grimsby stops at the Inn of the Last Stop. But this oasis in the frigid path turns far darker than imagined.

The party begins the path back to Grimsby with the followers of Kemsyn. It's cold and dangerous and the nighttime doesn't make it any better, as there are things in the forest.

With The General defeated and revealed to be a doppelganger, the party is now facing the remainder of the War Makers in the fort. Can they convince them of the subterfuge that was going on and who is The General answering to?

The party makes their way into Fort Edge Wood and are able to confront The General. They soon find out there's more than meets the eyes when it comes to the War Makers.

The party departs Grimsby to infiltrate the fort and find out more about the War Makers. A group of bandits make a very bad decision. As the party nears the fort, their worst fears are confirmed.

The party splits up, most going to interrogate Aleph in the dungeon while Chase and an alchemist uncover what's written on the slip of paper he discovered in the barracks. With all the knowledge gained and after meeting High Priestess Jessyn of the temple of Kemsyn, the party comes up with a plan to infiltrate a War Maker controlled fort. To pass, they all most bear the brand of Kemsyn.

Aleph and his sect of War Makers have been caught. When their barracks is tossed, a connection to Jade's past is revealed. And off handed comment by Aleph to Chase points to a larger conspiracy and a tie to his past as well. While everyone regroups, Oryon visits Aleph to ensure he tells Jade the truth of the past. And the King is heartbroken.

The players drew names and made characters for each other and then played through an original one-shot adventure. The party consisted of 2 bards, 2 druids, and 2 rogues. The players decided they were a bagpipe heavy band, Big Gulp! and the Small Swallows. 

The town of Frostytop wasn't visited by the Winter King on the winter solstice and morale was dropping. The thane asked the party to investigate. With their trusty draft horse Dave Matthews, they explored the far north and uncovered exactly what happened to the Winter King.

The party regroups in time to go have their audience with the prince. With the ruse of Lord Barrow's design, the party dons the garb of clergy of Edarr and head to the palace. Things go awry and the party must face down Lord Commander Aleph.
