How corporations like Amazon and Chik-Fil-A invade and stack local decisions while you're not watching - and the tools that regular citizens have for fighting back. Peaceful tools. yeah.
WAYNE GANG IN THE HOUSE!
Wayne Messam’s RECORD BREAKING campaign haul - it’s real king shit. We look at his amazing merchandise. Wayne’s World has never, NEVER looked more excellent.
Why we’re looking for something BIGGER than the AOC endorsement for Bernie Sanders and who he needs to become a real contender (hint, her name rhymes with "Cardi B." Because it's Cardi B.)

Rebecca Parson is a Democratic Socialist Running for Washington's 6th Congressional District. Today we sat down with her to discuss her platform, which includes Medicare for all and Housing for all. We also talk about the ways in which being a LGBT person in politics affects your perspective. This was an amazing discussion with someone who knows the issues from experience and is dedicated to working to make people's lives better. Give it a listen or two.

How forgiving should we be to our political adversaries? What if working with them is literally your job? We talk about this whole Ellen situation and then talk about the guy who has HIS whitewashing coming up in the 2020's - Donald Trump. You'll learn a little about the situation in Turkey as we try to dig for future hope.
We decide to do a MSNBC style episode with predictable results. We do rapidfire takes on Bernie's heart attack, Yang's cyber security platform, Marianne's rising donations, and oh yeah the criminal conspiracy of the decade.
And we also try to find where Green Bay is?

Lao is back! This time he talks with us about hope, and feeling it even in the absolute worst times. Involves the end of the world and love. Jesus makes his appearance. We learn how to take in hope and cast out self-deprecation. A must listen. Lao's mic sounds like a robot at times, and a remaster may be coming soon, so look out for that.
Today we sat down with Dennis Lambert, who is running for the Green Party's 2020 presidential nomination, to discuss his history as an army veteran, education, the war on drugs, and his inspiring $25 dollar minimum wage plan among other things. We also talk about religion and it's influence on policy. It's a good time.

Ian Schlakman is a Green Party candidate who is so committed to people power that he crowdsourced his platform - does that kind of make him obsolete?
We ask him about that, plus his experiences in Occupy, UBI (and an intriguing meeting with a certain Mr. Yang), his relationship to the tech community, and whether Americans' standards of living will need to change in a just and peaceful world.
This interview has a lot of practical advice in both decentralized organizing structures and building democratic, community focused businesses and is absolutely worth a listen or two.

The third debate was boring, so... here's another grab bag. Featuring Biden's childcare advice, voter registration tips, and... Jimmy John's? Enjoy.

It's easy to say "Never Forget"... but what if you weren't alive to remember? One of our most surreal episodes yet as Leia walks us through the Enron scandal, a culture of corporate corruption, liberal globalism, and 9/11's lasting impact on both capitalism and the national psyche. With all of our hosts a few years apart from each other, we see these singular events through very different perspectives. It's worth a listen as always.
