About Not Spiraling!
From the publisher's feed
Welcome to Not Spiraling. My name is Jovia— and I have a 'PHD' in Spiraling and Over Thinking. I will use this space to talk my way out of it. I hope my thoughts resonate and inspire you, too.
Not Spiraling replaces Conversations— the original podcast with my son, John Anthony. Those older episodes and intro will remain. He may start his own podcast, and/or feature here occasionally.
