Ben Milton is a Podcaster and 20+ year MLM veteran who shares his insights on all the good bad and ugly of the industry in this great interview.
His story of how he entered into the industry is one that many can relate to - ever get hunted down in a mall before? lol, yup, him too! After achieving success and then trying to achieve that again in a couple different companies, he quickly realized, after his time began being very limited having to be dad to special needs kids and husband and work his job, that automation was a necessity if he wanted to have freedom in time and finances. So he dove into the world of funnels and bots, after a certain somebody (me!) shared with him the (FREE) Network Marketing Secrets book that changed everything for him.
He's got a great vibe, shares a ton of knowledge from his experiences, and offers great value inside his podcast and business training system.

On this episode, I interview MLM entrepreneur and coach, Eric Sablan! Eric is a powerhouse marketer and has his own coaching program as well as a Podcast called Burnt Phone Marketing Radio.
Eric shares what got him into the world of marketing, what he's noticed in his business and the industry, and he also gives his GREAT advice on what he would tell someone who is just starting out in their marketing career (really really good stuff!)
He goes in to what he feels is the current biggest struggle for marketers today (hint: it's what I'm always talking about on the show!) and what he sees the future of the industry to look like (again hint, offers, automation and what I share with you on the show!)

Creation mode gets exhuasttinnngggg! PLUS, it's not working smart, but hard. So how do we avoid burn out from constant content creation? By creating evergreen content that lives on forever!
The latest social media platform, Clubhouse, is a good example of NON evergreen content. I'm going to share my thoughts with you on this popular platform... what I like about it, and surprise surprise, what I hate about it.
If you want to get your time back, you must be thinking about creating content that lives on forever (blogs, videos, courses, etc.).
There is a purpose and place for every platform and source that you choose to spend your time on and publish content to, but, lemme give you something to chew on while you think of more ways to create leverage and get more time freedom.
Teaching modern automation to growing your MLM and create passive income is GREAT, but does it mean that 0% of what you do is active? NO.
Big misconception is that using social media marketing and automation means there is NO active outreach on your part... this is FALSE.
You will still communicate, make connections, build relationships, etc. - you'll just be doing it in a SMART way while leveraging systems that work for you.
I'll teach ya a lil ninja trick to get more eyeballs on your pages and generate more leads that come to you to start those convos in this episode :)

Knowing your ideal client avatar is so super important, but what's even more important is knowing what journey YOU will take them on when they buy from you. Who were they before you came along? What transformation takes place? Who are they AFTER they've joined forces with you or bought your product? In this episode we will get into all of it and why it's so crucial for you to know this in order to have effective marketing towards your ideal prospect.
Are you a leader? A leader must be confident, but never cocky. A leader must be calm, but not robotic. A leader must be brave, but not foolhardy. You must have a competitive spirit, but also be a gracious loser. A leader must be attentive to details, but not be obsessed by them. Leaders must be humble, but not passive. Quiet but not silent.
A leader has nothing to prove… but everything to prove.
Soooooooo.... basically, you need to be a leader to LEAD your people to victory. One of the ways to do this, is to cut through clutter and online noise and complexities that can easily be avoided, or delegated, or simply, having a PLAN that is set. One of my small victories was developing a simple yet effective communication system for my team.

You already have a funnel! If you've been using social media to attract leads and grow your business, you HAVE a funnel. Didn't realize it? Well now ya do. the question is... are you using it with intention? Are you leveraging that funnel or purpose? Most marketers are not.
As a reminder, a funnel is simply a sales message + an offer! thats it.

Time.... us MLMrs lose so much of it! I'll share just how I protect my time in this episode and what you can do to protect yours. Rip off that 'busy bade of honor' and work smart, outsource, delegate working hours, and don't idolize those that have full call logs and 15 facebook lives a day. You CAN build a business AND have time.
This little mini rant covers two of my biggest pet peeves in the industry. Copy and paste methods and messages are total spam. STOP with that. You don't ever need to cold prospect AGAIN - woo! Also... enough of the buying your rank. That is NOT running a business.
