L'impazienza è una delle peggiori nemiche della manifestazione di ciò che desideri.
E c'è qualcosa di molto più profondo alla base. L'impazienza nasconde emozioni come rabbia, dolore, bisogno di validazione che cercano di emergere e che non hanno niente a che fare con l'impazienza, ma con il tuo Ego.
In questo episodio racconto cos'è davvero l'impazienza e perchè è esattamente la strada giusta per il tuo auto sabotaggio.

Molte persone vivono nella vergogna degli errori del passato, errori che forse continuano a ripetere.
Si giudicano a causa dei loro fallimenti, guardano indietro alla loro vita pretendendo che avrebbero dovuto essere qualcuno diverso da chi sono stati, agire in modo diverso. Siedono sulla sedia dell'autocolpevolizzazione e dell'autopunizione. Non si concentrano sul punto più importante:
Il fallimento serve a insegnarci qualcosa per crescere e vincere.
Non importa quante volte si debba fallire di nuovo, probabilmente senza rendersi conto di ripetere gli stessi errori.
Non importa quanti anni avete. Si tratta di capire che il FALLIMENTO è un processo, fatto di tappe.

Many people live in the shame of past mistakes, mistakes that they are maybe keep repeating.

Nel mio percorso sono stata spesso confusa su cosa sia un boundary e su come impostarlo. Su cosa volesse dire realmente per me?
Per anni sono stata violentemente spinta via da persone che pretendevano di piantare boundaries. Non lo stanno facendo.
Non condivido la versione dei Boundaries Rigidi, anche se certe volte è necessaria.

In my own path I have been confused about what is it for real a boundary? How to set it up? What does it mean for me specifically?
For years I have pushed away violently from people who were assuming they were just setting up boundaries. They weren't.
I don't agree with the vision of Rigid Boundaries, although sometimes are necessarily.

Fanno ghosting su di te.
Non solo uomini, donne, persone con cui stai facendo dating, ma anche padri, madri, sorelle, amici. Tante persone fanno ghosting e spariscono.
È così comune, succede spesso, e sta diventando la normalità, fa così male.
Credo onestamente che abbiamo bisogno di parlare di più di ghosting.
Perché le persone lo fanno?
