Chief Sull wants us to clear out the denizens and retake the keep, but the First Crusade had their hands full withy keeping the Demon invasion at bay. While we made out way through a secret underwater cavern, and entered the outpost, we met up with some resistance. During the fighting, a few of the Heroes went down, and Henny stepped up and nearly sacrificed himself to save the party shortly after being downed himself. They must retake the keep that once belonged to the First Crusade, but were driven out by the Howlers, members of the First Crusade driven mad by the strange energy emanating from the Abyss. A crusade against the demons of Kenebres, forgotten generations ago, still fighting the good fight, but time this close to the Abyss has taken its toll on their bodies, mutating them into these amalgamations. Although frightening to look at, their resolve is still strong, but the other two humans down here were most likely members of a cult of Baphomet, a demon lord, disguised as worshipers of Iomedae. But that turned out to be a mistake, as the creature set off an explosion, which not only nearly killed everyone and caved in the ceiling, but also split up the party during the cave in. Once everyone got their bearings, they tried to get out, and meet up with the other party members, all leading to an argument with two unknown parties.
