The most important Supreme Court case this year was heard today.  It focuses on presidential power, i.e. issuing tariffs on foreign countries.  Election reaction and analysis.  Affordability seems to be the winning word.  Political promises are rarely achieved for the public.  The President wants to kill the Senate filibuster.  Bad idea.  Jobs report from ADP still shows weakness but slight improvement.
