The Dos behind Dos Croquetas. Executive Chef Vicky Carballo & Co-Founder Alec Fernandez were both born & raised in Miami, FL. Vicky focuses on menu and R&D, while Alec focuses on marketing and business development. Founded in 2016 Dos Croquetas started as pop-up serving customers all over Miami FL and opened its first brick and mortar in Westchester, FL in 2019. Dos Croquetas ships its handcrafted croquetas all over the nation with overnight shipping and has plans to open an additional brick and mortar in early 2022.
