At least 10 people were killed and 35 more injured when a man intentionally drove a pickup truck into a New Year's celebration in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Police identified the suspect as 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar from Texas. He was killed during a confrontation with officers and had an ISIS flag. Authorities are investigating the incident as a terror attack.
