DHS says the agent, fearing for his life, fired his weapon defensively and struck one of the suspects in the leg. President Donald Trump is now threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act, calling the anti-ICE protests in Minnesota a travesty, as the White House doubles down on defending law enforcement.
