Special counsel Robert Hur testified in Congress on Tuesday over his report on President Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents. Mr. Hur stood by his conclusion that President Biden shouldn't face criminal charges because of his cognitive decline.

Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) has announced that he will resign from Congress at the end of next week. He pointed to chaos on Capitol Hill, and said he wants to work in a different capacity. This further shrinks the Republican majority in the lower chamber, such that they can now afford to lose only two votes on any bill.
