Amid stalled negotiations, President Donald Trump said Wednesday he’ll know within two weeks whether Russia’s Vladimir Putin is serious about making peace. And in another blow to Harvard, Trump has proposed capping the number of international students there at 15 percent.

Elon Musk, who is leading the Department of Government Efficiency, criticized the recently approved House spending bill, saying it detracts from his efforts to reduce the federal budget deficit.
