Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy arrived at the White House on Friday to meet President Donald Trump and seal a deal for U.S. participation in Ukraine's mineral industry as Kyiv works to regain U.S. support to fight Russia's invasion while Trump opens talks with Moscow.

English will soon be the official language of the United States. President Trump will sign an executive order to effect the change, marking the first time in U.S. history that the country has designated an official language nationwide, according to documents obtained by NTD.

Vice President JD Vance addressed the 20th annual National Catholic Prayer Breakfast on Friday morning at the Washington Convention Center. It was Vance's second consecutive appearance at the event.
