Nuggets Of Nikki episodes
- Ep. 12: Okay, so you're uncomfortable opening up to others...is it because you were taught that being vulnerable was a weakness? You can ask and pray all you want for your ideal relationship, your perfect partner, the kind of family you'll raise, the shared goals you'll accomplish in your relationship. But if you're not open to putting in the effort to recognize, invest in, and sustain a committed relationship, then it ends before it begins. The pursuit of your desired relationship begins with intention. What does your heart want?

26 min - Ep. 11: [Coaching Call] Okay, so you have avoidant tendencies… how can you be more present during relationship conflict?Avoidants tend to get a bad rap—they’re perceived as emotionally available or averse to closeness and intimacy. The truth is, they crave connection too, but it’s a delicate dance they need to work on to accommodate a relationship. In this coaching call, Shin is an avoidant who’s trying to learn tools and conversation starters to help him communicate his needs to his partner in a kind and loving manner.

43 min - Ep. 10: Okay, so you haven't moved on from a breakup...were they really that great or did you put them on a pedestal? It's absolutely valid to grieve the end of a relationship...or situationship: the loss of a potentially shared future, the plans you hoped to happen, the milestones you hoped to celebrate with them. You can ruminate about all the what ifs and what could have beens...OR you could think about how to push through with future plans and milestones you desire for yourself. When you're ready, confidence coach Myrza Sison can help you rediscover your power and remind you that your value doesn't diminish when someone decides to walk out the door.

51 min - Ep. 9: Okay, so being in a relationship triggers you...is it your partner who makes you feel unsafe, or do you just have an insecure attachment?Fun fact, it's actually not always a bad thing when your partner triggers you—if anything, they mirror parts of you that you still need to heal from. Conversations on attachment styles have gained popularity over the years, revealing the inner world of secure, avoidant, and anxious attachers. While it's valuable insight, it's important to remember that this is merely one aspect of an individual, of you—and yes, even your exes.

28 min - Ep. 8: Okay, so you don't want to be “difficult” to your partner… Does having needs make you feel “too much”?If you were criticized for showing big emotions during your childhood, you might have grown up into someone who distracted themselves from feeling fear, anxiety, anger, even sadness, so you wouldn’t seem “too much” or “difficult” as a partner. Neglecting your needs means abandoning yourself, and abandoning yourself leads to unhappy relationships. Listen to this coaching call with Achilles, who’s working on becoming more vulnerable so she can have the relationship she wants.

38 min - Ep. 7: Okay, so you want to be in a relationship...are you even dating with intention? While the goal of being on dating apps or in the dating scene is to leave once you've found a match, you somehow find yourself back to the hustle after a few months of trying with someone new. Is there a better way to dating or are we stuck in a never-ending dating loop? Matchmaker and dating coach Vanessa Antonio, aka Coach Vee, shares how to put yourself and your needs first in dating to help you find the connection you're looking for.

48 min - Ep. 6: Okay, so I'm a relationship coach in training...does that mean I'm better at relationships than you?Everyone's got an origin story. Yes, you're the main character of your life, but are you also the author? For as long as I can remember, I would always see myself as the victim at the end of a relationship, and it took me a while to realize that I needed to take responsibility for the part that I played in those failed relationships too.

26 min - Ep. 5: Okay, so you hesitate bringing up relationship conflict...does it scare you that it might end things?Anyone in long-term relationships will tell you that maintaining one isn't an easy feat. Conflict is inevitable as it is essential, and you and your partner need to talk about it instead of sweep it under the rug. Conscious Parenting Coaches Kit and Inaki Llamas help us navigate relationship conflict and how we can create deeper intimacy as we come out the other side.

47 min - Ep. 4: [COACHING CALL] Okay, so you think your feelings aren't worth bringing up...are you gaslighting yourself out of your emotions?Sometimes, when we have big feelings, thoughts, and worries in relationships, we try our best not to make a big deal out of it to avoid inciting conflict with our partner. But talking ourselves out of what we feel can let you miss out on the message those feelings, thoughts, and beliefs are trying to tell you. Listen to this coaching call with Ico, who's working on his people pleasing patterns to advocate for himself better in his budding relationship.

37 min - Ep. 3: Okay, so you're having a hard time finding a romantic partner...are your standards too high?Been actively dating and realizing there’s not a lot of potential left in the pool? There’s a chance you might end up thinking it’s okay to settle for the next “ehh..they’re okay” person – no red flags, but no fireworks either. What you're asking for in a relationship isn't too much, and motivational speaker and author JPaul Hernandez further explains why you should never feel like you're settling in pursuit of a fulfilling relationship.
