This month we get all our news from the local pub. We get in society via a school assembly. We hear all about the crudest show in vague PG detail. Get guidance from a SatNav. Make the shocking discover the Island has a science museum. And sombrely prepare for the inevitable in a dignified manner.

This month we look for love. Peruse the local magazines. Complain about Buffon Island. Have a giggle in the library. Visit the highly regarded Plasticine Village. Get a backstreet church service.

This month we decide the best fry up. We get the low down on secret conspiracies from a trusted source. We drum up some tourism for the island. Mingle with the elite on the red carpet. And reflect upon all our actions.

It's a new year on the Island and with it we look for new directions. We feel charitable. We ask a favour from the Don. And take a taxi home.

This month we take a listen to the local adverts. Make some deposits and withdrawls at the bank. Take a walk along the beautiful canal. And finally voice our concerns to the police commissioner.
