Nuts & Guts Podcast Hosted by Blk Paco

Welcome back, it’s a great day for some real motivation. I have a great show for everyone, two special guests today.

Jay-rod Johnson aka “J-Rod”, a Philanthropist, father and mentor to the youth. Jay-rod has over 25 years of experience doing great things in the community. It’s beautiful to see people uplift and give back. We also have Mr. Ervin back with us; he was in Nuts & Guts before. Two great men doing their best in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Mentoring is gift to others that involves other elements, such as tutoring, life skills, building self confidence and awareness, training and coaching. The supportive, healthy relationships that are built between mentors and mentees are both equally important. As a community we have great experiences to share.

Its been a minute, I know...

No wants a high utility bill or a flooded basement, or anywhere in the house this fall winter. There are things you can do to prepare your household in your basement and under your cabinets. A.k.a. the dead space areas. It’s a recession. Clearly a lot of families have less than they had last year and we need to prepare the house. Hopefully these tips can prevent me from coming out to see you, but if you do need me, don’t forget to contact me at Henderson plumbing.

Welcome to Nuts & Guts podcast, I’m your host Blk Paco and I had a great guest on by the name of Dj Brainstorm, we’re good people to one another. We’ve had plenty of good talks and experiences shared in life. Im just happy to see him elevate to a point in life where he found his ultimate companion. To find the one who shares a unified goal, purpose and want to in being great is a beautiful thing. In this episode we discuss time, respect, maturity, a little bit of marriage and how accountability tells you more about where a person is in life. We all aren’t meant to do life solo, that’s why it takes two people to create life. It’s been long enough since I gave y'all a show, time to drop some thoughts on y’all.

A lot of us have discussions about what we want with this person, what we need from this person and this person is not it. But are you it? Are you worth being with or waiting for? Have you done your work are you will traveled? Do you even know what you want?

Most people haven’t even spend the time with them selves to know what they want and what they don’t need and another person. In this episode, I’m talking to Dee about her life and where she’s at now...She out here exploring and living her life right. This is another episode of Nuts and Guts Podcast I’m your host BLK Paco. We grown over here, with a bit more experience in people. We get to a place where we value you our time more; do you have value to be kept?

Welcome back to Nuts and Guts podcast my name is Blk Paco and I have a special guest today, its Chan. Chan from chanbepoddin.com , the podcaster who has 5 different shows, two beautiful kids while making time for me. I wanted to talk to her about the mind of a Gemini and why they do the crazy things that they do. I trust Chan, she gives me honest feedback and I would trust her answers more than the Geminis I dealt with in my past. The conversation did veer off but in a good way. Enjoy the episode.

We up today because we got moves to make, thank you for listening to Nuts and Guts podcast, I am your host BLK Paco. I had some time to drop some thoughts on y’all been a busy week out here. Your mindset is everything and when you run a business your focus gotta be right. You can’t let your ego take over when you run a successful business, be willing to take early to late calls. Balancing time is everything but always invest in yourself for a greater purpose out here. I had my years of being an employee and random layoffs; you get tired of that. Most can’t understand mind over matter. Clocking out when you the owner takes planning but I’d rather be in control of my time.

Discussion:

-Health

-Focusing

-Employee vs Boss thinking
