They start with the high scoring affairs, Houston Dash score 5 over Orlando, Christine Sinclair nets 2 of 3 for Portland over Angel City and North Carolina welcome the return of Kerolin in their 3-0 win over Racing Louisville. Then, Sandra and Lisa run through the close-scoring games. Chicago's Mallory Pugh gets the loan goal over OL Reign, Gotham wins two straight games in a 1-0 defeat over Washington and Kansas City and San Diego end in a 2-2 draw, Alex Morgan netting goals seven and eight of the season.
