Mt Sinai is a prominent place in the Bible that we read today & it is a significant place for the Israelites in their journey towards the Promised Land. This mountain is of such prominence that God gave such specific instructions on what & who could enter it - any misbehaviour was punishable by death. Clearly, the Lord wanted the Israelites to know that this was sacred space.

At this point, Moses is undoubtedly the admired & Godly leader of the Israelites. Yet, here comes his father-in-law, Jethro, who immediately tells him that his method of leadership is no good.

Although we've mostly been separated physically from each other,  have we really had more space for what really matters?

Is there anything in our lives we want to make room for?

We know that there was no space for Jesus to be born - He was born in a lowly manger. But how did the rest of his world prepare for His arrival?

After the miraculous rescue at the Red Sea last week, Moses led the Israelites in a declarative moment of worship as they celebrated the One who kept His promises to His people. This week, as we wrap up the Breaking the Circuit sermon series - our Creative Arts pastor, Pastor Victor Toh, leads us as we celebrate the God who was faithful to the Israelites & is still faithful to us today!
