Confidently promoting yourself or your work can be terrifying. Heck, just being confident can be terrifying. But it's essential to not just your brand, but also your mental health and who you are as a person. Confidence has been distilled down to "self-love" and although that's a great catchphrase, self-love and/or confidence is not the goal. It's a result. You'll have to listen to the episode to find out why. Freebie: http://bit.ly/oddreformfreebie Flodesk: https://flodesk.com/c/oddreform
Goal planning is a huge part of turning your creativity from a feeling into a result. It's absolutely necessary if you don't want to just leave things to chance. That sort of gamble is not one worth taking.
Today, Addi and I discuss goal-setting in a way that's a little different. We parallel it to something that may surprise you - better yet, convince you that you CAN make your goals, dreams, + visions a reality!

Creative blocks are not the world's way of pranking you. They don't exist to crush your self-esteem and waste your time. Creative blocks are a signal letting us know we need something - wether that's a break, a clearer direction, refined inspiration, or a combination. You definitely want to hit play so you can learn to move past - better yet PREVENT "creative blocks".

One of the biggest lessons I learned recently is taking the time to reflect on the past. There is something powerful about taking time to really soak in your accomplishments, learn from the mistakes and use that to your advantage for next year.
So today Addi and I are looking back at 2020 and seeing where we went wrong, where we went right and we'll see what I did differently this year that made a HUGE difference.
