Sometimes we may feel stuck in certain situations or places. Maybe it's A job or a living situation. Sometimes, however, this is exactly where God wants us to be. Sometimes it is in exactly these places we can do the most for God's kingdom. Sometimes we like to keep our "small" sins managed and neatly manicured in our lives but this sin will always take root and make itself known. We reap what we sow and what we sow we spread. Galatians 6:8, 1 Corinthians 5:6, Song Of Solomon 2:15, various other verses.

A lot of times people try to hide their sinfulness from God as well as pretend everything is perfect before men. This is an error because it's only by admitting our faults and our brokenness and telling.the truth that we can be healed and forgiven. God can save all of us no matter who we are or what we've done but he won't save a fictional character we pretend to be.

All of us have scars from our past that remind us of some of the tough places we've been. Jesus has scars too. He kept them even after His resurrection to remind Him of the sacrifice he made to atone for our sins. You may look at your scars and see failure Jesus looks at His and sees forgiveness.
