Much like how we deal with any other perpetrator, confrontation is never easy and usually avoided. We become fearful, sometimes helpless and the unfortunate consequence is that our negative thoughts remain our normal mode of perceiving things and living. I am of the view that we ought to be intentional about mastering 'how to manage and influence our thoughts', much as you change an outfit, location or a song to suit your mood and create a vibe, we must apply the same swiftly to stir our thoughts. The saying goes 'if you don't like how you feel, change your thoughts'.. i say further that, if you don't like how your life is change (your words, for life and death are in the tongue), your thoughts for as a man thinks, so is he. Let's love ourselves enough to challenge and influence our thoughts, both good and bad, learn mechanism, be intentional about what we think about, how we think abd most importantly what part we play in how and what others think as well🌸
