和狼吞虎咽相反，要形容一个人因为没胃口或没心情而一点一点地吃，挑挑拣拣地吃，就说：

for the week 这里的the表示特指，语境前面提到了Mike来住一星期，所以the week指“这/那一个星期”。如果不用特指，只说“来住一个星期”，就说for a week。
