我们喜欢和某个朋友待在一起，喜欢花时间和谁在一起，就可以说：

like spending time with someone

喜欢花时间和……在一起，喜欢和……待在一起

like + doing 喜欢（做）……

spend time 花时间

Mike 很有趣，我喜欢和他待在一起，就可以说：

I like spending time with Mike.

I like spending time with him.

形容一个人有趣，有意思，常用的形容词有上节课的 interesting，还有fun，比如：

她很有趣，我很喜欢和她待在一起。

She's fun – I really like spending time with her.

所以，类似的意思可以用很多不同的表达，要形容一个朋友，可以说：ta是个好伙伴（good company）。She/He's good company.

也可以说：我喜欢/享受ta的陪伴。I enjoy her/his company.

也可以说：我喜欢花时间和ta在一起。I like spending time with her/him.

我们来复习一下 spend 这个词： 

1）花（时间），度过

spend time with someone 花时间和某人在一起

spend time + doing 花时间（做某事）

I spent an hour waiting for the bus. 我等车等了一个小时。

2）花（钱），花费

How much did you spend? 你花了多少钱？

She spends a lot of money on clothes. 她在衣服上花销很大。

3）花费（精力等），消耗

spend my energy + doing something 花费精力（做某事）

spend all my energy + doing something  竭尽全力（做某事）

Sara and I go back a long way. Sara 和我认识很长时间了。

company 名词[U 不可数]，作伴，陪伴；伙伴，伴儿

享受某人的陪伴

可以说：

I enjoy his company.

I enjoy her company.

I enjoy their company.

有他/她/他们陪伴我感到很愉快。我喜欢他/她/他们的陪伴。

也可以直接放入名字，如：

I enjoy Mike's company.

I enjoy Sara's company.
