They've been at each other's throats all day. 他们整天打得不可开交。

今天学两个表达：

Don't make trouble. 别惹麻烦！

trouble 麻烦，烦恼，make 制造，make trouble 制造麻烦。

还可以在前面加上：

Behave. 安分点！

behave 是动词，意思是“举动，举止适当或有礼貌，守规矩”。

Behave. Don't make trouble.

安分点！别惹麻烦！

“别找麻烦”另外一个常用的说法是

Stay out of trouble!

stay “待在……，处在某种状态”

out “外面”

out of...“在……的外面”，引申一下为“没有……，脱离……”

out of trouble “摆脱麻烦”

吃瓜群众A说：

Stop it! 够了！

You'll kill each other! 你们会自相残杀的！

kill 杀害，each other 互相。

kill each other 自相残杀

Stop it! You'll kill each other！

够了！你们会自相残杀的！

② at each other's throats 

还是用这个 each other 互相，加上 throat 喉咙，嗓子

卡住对方的脖子，表示激烈争吵，对峙，打架，互不相让，打得不可开交，自相残杀的状态。吵架或打架都可以用。

吃瓜群众B说：

They've been at each other's throats all day. 他们整天打得不可开交。

all day 整天

还可以接着说：

I can't stand it anymore. 我再也受不了了。

stand 忍受，can't...anymore 不能再……

bring on 引起，导致

Bring it on. 是年轻人常用的俚语，发生争执、打架的时候，挑衅对方时说，“Bring it on! （我跟你拼了！）”；也可以用在友好的竞争氛围，例如比赛、接受挑战时，像和朋友打球之前说，“Bring it on! （放马过来！）”

例句：

Do you want to fight? Bring it on! 

想打架么？我跟你拼了！放马过来！

fight 打架，斗争
one-on-one 一对一，不一定是打架，只要是一对一的情况都可以用 one-on-one。

All right. 行，好。
leave the others alone. 直接翻译是“别管别人”，这里是“别人不要插手”。
leave 离开，alone 独自，自己，leave...alone 常用词组，别管……，不打扰……，
Leave me alone. 别烦我。/ 不要打扰我。/ 让我自己待一会儿。
也可以说 leave him alone，leave her alone，leave them alone，leave Susan alone。
the others 是指在某个范围里其余的人（或物），因为是 others，所以是不只一个。
between 是指在两个人，两个事物之间，后面经常跟着 and，即 between...and...在……之间。

今天学一句话：

Let's break up. 分手吧！

Let's = let us 让我们（一起做）……，后面加动词，如，Let's go. 我们走吧。

今天的重点就是 break up 这个词组。

break up 有很多意思，“（某种关系）结束，破裂，分手，打破，破碎，解体”等，这一类的意思都可以用 break up 这个词组。

举例：

He treats you badly. You should break up with him. 

他对你不好，你应该和他分手。

treats 的原形是 treat，动词，意思是“对待”，。break up “分手”，“和谁分手”的介词用 with。

猜猜看，最早使用 break up 是在什么时候呢？
[ 隐藏文本 ] 最早使用的意思是“废除，取消，消灭” to do away with，等于 destroy “破坏”。 
例如，break up a monopoly 打破垄断
后来逐渐衍生出其他的意思。
1794年，开始作为名词使用，“破碎，破裂”，作名词时 breakup 是一个单词，连写在一起，中间没有空格。

You had it coming! 你自作自受！/ 你自找的！/ 活该！

A: I gained weight.

B: Well, you had it coming, because you've been eating so much without exercising.

A: 我体重增加了。

B: 你自找的，你最近吃太多，又不运动。

拆分讲解：

I gained weight.

gain 这里是动词，获得，得到，达到，也可以作名词。weight 这里是名词，重量，体重，也可以作动词。gain weight 就是 增加体重—> 长胖。

Well, you had it coming, because you've been eating so much without exercising.

well 常用的意思是“好，不错”，well 用在句子的开头是“那么，好吧”这样的意思，可能后面有内容，也可能没有内容。

Well, you had it coming 你这是自找的/自作自受/活该！

because you've been eating so much without exercising.

because 因为

eat so much 吃那么多，吃太多。so 这么，很，非常，表示程度的副词，例如，so hot 这么热，so cold 这么冷。much 多，so much 这么多。

这句用现在完成进行时 you have been eating，表示这段时间，你持续吃这么多……，从过去开始，到现在，并且会持续下去……。现在完成进行时 have been doing。

without excercising 没有运动，不做运动，without 没有，后面跟名词或者动词的名词形式（ing形式），excercise 作动词是“（做）运动”，动名词形式（ing形式）是 exercising。

I'm stuffed. 太饱了！
stuff 有很多义项，当动词就是塞（东西），塞入，塞满，狼吞虎咽地吃，stuffed 是吃得太多了，塞得太多了。

Oh, I ate too much. I'm stuffed. 我吃太多了，太饱了！
ate 是动词 eat“吃”的过去时。
I can't take another bite. I'm stuffed. 我多一口也吃不下了，我撑死了。
bite 是名词，“咬”，take a bite 是“咬（吃）一口”，take another bite 是“咬（吃）另外一口—>多咬（吃）一口”，one more bite “再咬（吃）一口”。
上面两句话也可以连在一起说:

I ate too much. I can't take another bite. I'm stuffed.
三句话的顺序可以自由排列。
