A few days after Tiger Woods completing his improbable comeback from injury, the Off Guards put together their All-Time Starting 5 for NBA players who didn't get to reach their peaks due to injury. After a few weeks off the Off Guards are back to tackle something that has been plaguing the NBA for the last 20 years...What the hell has happened to the Eastern Conference? After looking through data from the last 30 years, they pinpoint where and when it all went wrong and take some guesses as to why.

A conversation with Nigel Miguel. He was a 1981 McDonald's All-American, a 1985 NBA Draft pick, played Dwight "The Flight" McGhee in the 1992 classic White Men Can't Jump, and helped pull off the all-time great film Space Jam.
