May 18, 2022 Not 100% but still alive
Just wanted to say I'm a bit under the weather and have been for a couple of weeks. I've got shingles which is a virus infection in the nerve cells. Its as painful as it sounds .

This may sound a bit strange but I’m seeing and hearing more archers say that they have less confidence now after the enforced break due to lockdowns and less opportunity to be out shooting.

In this mini podcast I am focussing on the potential dangers of chasing a 300 feet per second arrow speed from your bow, when shooting at NFAS competitions.
This 300 fps limit figure is something NFAS enforces and set in the rules for compound and crossbows. I also mention how chasing speed with light arrows can be bad for trad archers
