Michael tells us about sitting on a comma with hardships throughout life. While telling the story about tragedy in his military service, Michael reveals the impacts of prolonged exposure to self-doubt, compartmentalizing and bottling up feelings from life’s and human abuses. When life began to spiral, he faced a suicidal decision and persevered. What happened next was a journey of finding support, letting go and gaining clarity and fulfillment.
