Today I get stuck into an old friend of mine, 'anxiety'.We're often too busy to see the, "wood for the trees" or "the big picture" etc etc and it's because we're too caught up I our own bulshit to see what's actually happening.I published over 1,000 minutes of content in February and there was me worrying about not doing enough. Don't do this to yourself. Write down the things that are making you feel anxious and take it from there.A fundamental part of anxiety (I AM NOT QUALIFIED TO SPEAK WITH AUTHORITY ON THIS SUBJECT OUTSIDE OF MY OWN LIVED EXPERIENCE) is that it overwhelms us.
