Off The Road Again

Ross and Chris welcome Loren Healy to the show. Loren is a King of the Hammers champion and an Ultra4 series champion. He got his start rock crawling in New Mexico and found his way to Ultra4 Racing. Loren competed in his 4400 Bronco race truck and in the Every Man Challenge in a stock Ford Bronco 4600 this year. He has teamed up with Vaughn Gittin Jr for off-road racing and they started an off-road company, Fun Haver, together. Bronco aftermarket parts are coming soon! He owns an amazing Jeep FC150, a German Dodge minivan, and is building an Overland-ready Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ with a 5-speed manual transmission. Ross and Chris welcome KJ Jones to the show. KJ is the Senior Content Producer for Motortrend's Truck and Off-Road Group. He owns a sweet Fox "Body" Mustang and a Ford F-350 dually called BluMajik. KJ has recently driven the all-new 2022 Toyota Tundra and has seen the 2023 Toyota Sequoia in person. Also discussed is Ross' GX going under the knife and Chris doing a little towing with the Vredestein Pinza AT all-terrain tires.

Scott is the founder of the Express Rally, which plans driving routes, accommodations, and food for enthusiasts to enjoy great driving roads. Aaron partners with Scott to run the Adventure Series, which are Overland trips throughout the United States, for now... Scott has an 80-Series Land Cruiser, a 200-Series Heritage Edition, and a 996 Porsche. Aaron has an impressively built 5th-Gen 4Runner. Also discussed is the Ford Bronco Raptor debut, along with the Toyota Sequoia debut. 

Ross and Chris welcome Andy Lilienthal of Warn Industries to the show. Andy is the Strategic Communication Manager for Warn. He and his wife, Mercedes, run Crankshaft Culture as well. The guys discuss winches, winching, non-automotive applications, and some interesting videos of massive things moving with Warn products. Ross and Chris welcome Scott Gurian of the Far From Home podcast to the show. Scott and his brother took part in the Mongol Rally in 2016. Spending 7 weeks and 11,000 miles in a Nissan Micra traversing Europe and Asia. Great stories and photos! Ross now has all of the tools that he needs to install parts on the Lexus GX. Chris still can't find a fuel tank skid plate for the #Dadburban.

The guys discuss the benefits of GMRS radios, the distance that can be covered, and more! The Chevrolet Silverado EV concept is discussed at length as well. 

Ross and Chris welcome Robby DeGraff of AutoPacific back to the show. The guys discuss Hyundai's 2021 sales numbers, EVs, the Ford F-150 Lightning, and speculate on the upcoming Chevrolet Silverado EV. Beth has previously spent a year traveling the United States with her husband and a new baby in a Ram 2500 with a flatbed and a 4 Wheel Camper on the Bowman Odyssey. Also discussed are GMC Hummer EV deliveries, the Ford Bronco crash testing, and a Maverick Tremor.
