OffKey

In this episode I dive into Spotify’s continued foray into Podcasts. Specifically it’s acquisitions of Podcasting companies and the launch of new features geared toward podcasters & podcasting. I also discuss some of the motivations and potential strategic components around why Spotify is making a play for podcasts.

This week on OffKey we're talking to Dino Celotti, COO of Membran Entertainment Group, and Founder and CEO of Membran Canada. While Dino lives and works in Hamburg, Germany where Membran is based, on a visit to Victoria we sat down to chat about how he first got started at Membran, the role of music distributors in the music industry, and some of the experimental tech that we're working on at Membran Labs.
