Ben Syer has spent the last 20 years at the two most successful ECAC programs, Quinnipiac and Cornell, as an assistant coach. Now he gets his first head coaching role, at Princeton. We talked to him about what he's learned from those traditional power programs, and how he hopes to translate that to the Tigers.
