For this episode we decided to try something different, current affairs! Today I bring Nate some interesting stories in the month of April from around the world and we discuss and give our viewpoints about them.
Subjects include the TikTok ban, Russia hunting Koni, and robots being abused in the woods.
Nate has moderate brain damage, so his main contribution is a news story from July 2022. He may even still think its 2022 so lets play along so he doesn't feel bad.

This episode was recorded 4/28 if stuff went down in April after that, then thats why we didn't cover it.

The Boston Dynamics video we talk about:

Embark on a journey through the peculiar universe of "9, the Last Resort," where our series finale titters at the oddball humor while scrutinizing the game’s polarizing critiques. The iconic voice actors, including Jim Cummings and Tress MacNeille, breathe life into the game's bizarre cast, and we can't help but revel in the mischievous nuances that once aimed to set PC games apart. Meanwhile, we reminisce about Seattle's short-lived affair with film tax incentives, which gave us thrilling—but not always believable—chase scenes and a transient uptick in local productions.

Strap in as we assess the vocal virtuosity gracing our favorite games, from Steven Tyler's rock-star flair to Jim Belushi's off-the-cuff antics. The episode takes a turn towards the more serious as we tackle the delicate balance of celebrity involvement versus the burning passion of professional voice actors. We advocate for the unsung heroes behind iconic roles, arguing for the nuanced performances that dedicated voice talents bring to the table, all while navigating the choppy waters of celebrity egos and the industry's inclination towards big names.

Ever wonder what it's like to have wealth so vast that investing in a passion project feels as routine as picking out lunch? We wrap things up by pulling back the curtain on the lavish playground of the ultra-rich in the entertainment sphere. From Robert De Niro's casual production dabbles to the whimsical decision-making behind big-budget ventures, we chuckle at the thought of such financial freedom. Join us for this behind-the-scenes peek, filled with rich insights and hearty laughter, as we draw the curtain on another entertaining episode.

Step into the whimsical time machine of our latest episode where the pixelated past of '90s gaming gets a fresh coat of audio paint. From the star-studded, Poe-inspired adventure "Nine: The Last Resort," with its unique Tribeca Productions twist, to the maze of unlocking Indiana Jones' in-game secrets, the nostalgia is as thick as an arcade carpet. We promise a treasure trove of throwbacks, including how gaming nostalgia isn't just confined to the screen – it's a journey through the music moods of nu metal and the tiny tales of nations like Nauru.

The plot thickens as we dissect "Nine: The Last Resort," where you're tasked with reviving a creative haven turned chaotic. Cher's voice guides you through this artistic labyrinth, with a cameo that might just involve a song or two. And let's not forget the mischief of Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Joe Perry! We reminisce about the influences these Hollywood voices had on the game, and how their participation spotlighted the curious intersection of video games and celebrity culture during the '90s.

Finally, we shell out some serious turtle power in an exploration of the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" saga. Voices from the past echo as we clarify the real voice behind Shredder and the legendary Jim Cummings's lesser-known roles. Buckle up for a ride that's as wild as the streets of Seattle, as we prepare you for the next episode where we'll peel back the layers on more gaming, movie, and city trivia. So kick back, press play, and let's get that nostalgia flowing.

I bought Dragons Dogma 2 on PS5, despite the masive amounts of online hate for it. Is it worth buyin? YES! But with some hesitations. Not everyone will like it.
So today we go over Dragons Dogma 2, what's good with it and what's a lie.
We also talk about 80s movies being kind of creepy, X-Men 97, and why we are not fans of Mr. Ed
