  • Losing 150LBS with Rachel Kearney

⚠️Trigger Warning ⚠️ Weight loss and eating disorders are discussed in this episode⚠️

Stephanie and Lacey sit down with Rachel Kearney to hear her eye-opening weight loss story of losing 150LBS over 3 years. Rachel touches on her adolescent years, being told she was overweight from her doctors, even being diagnosed with PCOS at age 13 for "starting her period too early." Putting her on a regimen to weigh herself everyday with her mom & being put on a restricted food diet, created an eating disorder, as a result. Growing up with doctors and bullies at school telling her one thing, Rachel shares that she took on the identity as the "Fat Friend," and thought it was impossible to achieve a healthy weight for her. At 275LBS, at her heaviest, Keto came along…and then walking…and then the walking turned into running…and 3 years later, 150lbs down, she finds herself competing in body building competitions with a healthy relationship with food and mental health.

    In this episode we discuss:

    • Rachel's adolescence, growing up overweight
    • Being put on diets and food restrictions at a young age, creating an eating disorder, and binging behaviors
    • Having a twin sister and thinking, "Why don't I look like that?"
    • Diagnosed with PCOS at age 13 because she started her period "too young"
    • Being bullied at school & feeling invisible
    • Taking on the identity as the "Fat Friend" and thinking weight loss would always be impossible
    • When she was bigger, she realized she was creating a giant shield, because she didn't want to be seen or heard
    • How she did it: Keto, Walking & Consistency
    • Feeling her cheekbones and collarbones for the first time
    • Even though she has lost all of the weight, some of her old beliefs still come up
    • "Old Rachel" and "New Rachel" are always mentally battling each other
    • Thoughts on "Body Positivity"movement/culture
    • Her initial "Why"
    • How she was able to maintain a healthy mindset and relationship with food
    • Similarities & differences to Lacey's old anorexic behaviors to Rachel's story
    • Confronting & reconnecting someone who bullied her, after she lost the weight

  • Crypto & Feelings with Richard Heart
Oh Here We Go's most controversial guest yet…Crypto Billionaire, Founder of Hex crypto currency, and soon to be Pulsechain, Richard Heart. You may know Richard from Hex, his first coin that has changed thousands of lives by making people overnight millionaires and/or financially independent. Or you may know him from his extremely extravagant, flashy, designer filled lifestyle…which he refers to as "Outrage Marketing." Lacey & Steph took on this interview with Richard to really understand crypto from a coin founder himself, but also look into the lifestyle of a "bragging" billionaire. The girls wanted to dive deeper, beyond all of his bells & whistles & actually hear his story: where he came from, how he got here, his childhood, relationships & dating, what *really* makes him happy, mental health, & more. Richard is a character, that's for sure, but there is a lot more to him than what you see online, and we hope that this shares a little glimpse of that. In this episode we discuss: ⁃ What is crypto & the importance of it? (Dumbed down) ⁃ What is Hex & Pulsechain? ⁃ Hex's success. (10,000x in the first 2 years) ⁃ Why & how did you start Hex? ⁃ Donating 27 million to charity ⁃ The pulsechain "sacrifice" ⁃ "The worlds largest free airdrop" ⁃ Growing up poor ⁃ Relationship with his parents ⁃ Mom having schizophrenia ⁃ Being highly intelligent & having to transfer schools ⁃ Dating? Monogamy? ⁃ Losing his virginity story ⁃ His first businesses & retiring at 25 as a millionaire ⁃ Thoughts on therapy? ⁃ Thoughts on psychedelics? ⁃ Trust ⁃ What does happiness look like? ⁃ Is this lifestyle as fulfilling as you thought it would be? ⁃ Living longer (immortal..?) ⁃ The Health & Education systems Keep up with us & watch out for his upcoming documentary, The Highest Of Stakes (@THoSdocumentary on Twitter) Richard Heart: @RichardHeartWin on Twitter @RichardHeartOfficial on Instagram Oh Here We Go: @ohhherewego on Twitter & Instagram Lacey: @thelaceyclaire on Twitter & Instagram Stephanie: @Stephaniephotog on Twitter & @Stephanieparsley on Instagram More of OHWG: https://zez.am/ohherewego
