Steph & Lace are getting real vulnerable & open up about their sex lives & their recent experiences in that lil realm. Aside from their own sexual experiences, the two wanted to learn about Lesbian Sex & discuss what it’s like experiencing those same connections with women, while educating themselves and everyone else along the way. 

This episode has A LOT of tips they’ve used for their own lives and, honestly, for anyone who has any interest in pleasing their partner no matter where they fall on the sexuality and/or gender spectrum. 

So, today’s guest joins the conversation to teach them all about her own sexual experiences with women & the Lesbian community. She shares her story from coming out to now, where she’s happily with her girlfriend — along with clueing in Lacey & Stephanie to a bunch of queer terms (power bottom energy, anyone?), their own sexualities, and ✨doing you✨ in life, in relationships, and — yes — the bedroom.

In this episode Lacey and Stephanie get a little fired up remembering some pretty emotionally scaring dating experiences they’ve had in the past. The two discuss today’s guest, Lee Hammock, and how Lacey originally found his videos on TikTok & began to wonder if she’s actually dated a narcissist herself due to the similarities she was learning from Lee’s videos. Lacey started sharing stories with Stephanie and the two of the them actually believe they both dated narcissists & to some degree have been emotionally abused. Lee Hammock, also known at @mentalhealnesss, comes on the podcast to talk about Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Lee is a self aware narcissist and was diagnosed with NPD in 2017. Since his diagnosis he has been making videos to bring attention & educate people on NPD & what it’s like inside the mind of a narcissist. In this episode we discuss signs and symptoms of NPD, Love-Bombing, Bread-Crumbing, the ego, how you can determine if you might be dating or know a narcissist, and how the disorder can potentially develop. Stephanie and Lacey sit down and talk about their upbringing in Arkansas and how grateful they are to have been raised there — while also being grateful they were able to “get out.”

In this episode they talk with fellow Arkansas native, Mark Monroe, to discuss their commonalities of being raised in the South and what it was like to make it out. Mark is an artist, designer, stylist, and creator that has been consistent in everything he does. He initially got his start transforming and uplifting the LGBTQ+  community by forming the House of Avalon in Arkansas, to now working with Lizzo doing her most iconic looks, as well as creating the designs for Symone on Season 13 of RuPaul's Drag Race.

In this episode the three discuss the healing benefits of psychedelics & how they are now being tested in therapeutic settings to treat things such as depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. and what that looks like for the future of medicine & the pharmaceutical industry. Once the two connected, Whitney was pulled to tell Lacey a lot of personal information that Lacey's grandmother had been trying to tell her during the past few months.  Stephanie and Lacey decide to bring Whitney on to ask her a few questions about "Christian witchcraft" and to get a reading on Stephanie. However, each time the girls start getting messages from spirit, the internet goes out. After the interview the two then find out via phone call with Whitney that this may be due to some paranormal activity from Stephanie’s past and that she might have a darker attachment causing some annual life hardships. Stephanie and Lacey are in Denver for NYE and they sit down to reflect on their intentions for the upcoming year. They discuss pandemic dating and what's been the source of some anxiety for Lacey lately.

The two have their first in-person interview (with masks of course!) with nurse, Emily Lane. Emily worked in the front lines in NYC during the 2nd wave of COVID earlier in 2020. She was working in a unit that was turned into an End of Life unit, where she wasn't necessarily helping save lives, but more so helping them die peacefully and not alone.

We get to learn about Emily’s experience working as a nurse during this time, Covid treatments, the vaccine, testings & more! This was such an eye-opening — and emotional, wow — episode.
