Y'all know me and I am a LOVER GIRL! That being said - we who love the hardest sometimes are not great at ever accepting the love we truly deserve. We just give and give and give. That being said, I have been receiving a lot of love recently and I think I cracked the code on why this is happening all of a sudden... hop in - and we are introducing... Alaska Military Boy... seems like he might be a character we keep for a second *kisses*

Long time no see! I would apologize but I really don't feel bad about being missing for a hot second - ya girl NEEDED it! But I am back and truly feeling better than ever. So, let's catch up on the love, the fam, and the career - there will be more to come because some of it just wasn't QUITE ready to be announced, but I STG y'all will be the first to hear about it all! 

Being genuine is something we really struggle with as humans nowadays, but I PROMISE that if you are not being yourself you will not hit the success levels that you hope to. If you are not allowed to be authentically yourself then you are not meant to sit in that chair - so get out 😘

An Era that some call manic, some call sleep deprived, but my ads manager calls Mad Genius. I am going to implement that one because the others seem so.. negative LOL! A sleep deprived convo where I talk about believing in yourself, and how truly... even if you don't see it - you are good at what you do! 

This is one that has gotten under my skin for years, and the real ones know that it bothers the living EVERYTHING outta me. A few side tangents and a wrap around to why respect in relationships is different than in business - we get to the nitty gritty of work relationships and respect in the industry as a woman. 

If you know me; you know I celebrate my birthday for the entire month of March. This is something that I have truly done since I was a child - and I am not planning on stopping. Welcome to the start of the next 13 days of entries to celebrate the month of Josephine during the year of Josephine!

Luck is not how I got to where I am. I have worked my ass off, and truly nobody can convince me that I do not deserve to be where I am today. To anyone that needs an aggressive pep talk... this is the one.. becuase someone has tried me...

No promotion talk on this podcast. Let's talk about other ways we move up the ladder in our lives. With awareness, understanding, grace, and just realizing we have been through some shit that has supremely fucked us up. What can you do about it though? The only choice is to learn from it and move on... this year is going to be full of learning - and I am so excited for what comes from it.
