WOW I got caffeine practically rammed up me arse in this one! We (of course) start off with a SUPER weird dream, then dive into meditation and finally get a barista to loudly swear in her place of work. Oh, I’m also awake earlier!

This time you get TWO weird dreams, straight from my deranged brain! I get chased down an escalator by rent-cops for filming a harp, I get invited to a free yoga class (which I should have paid for), and I hear from my buddy Howie in Toronto who was going to tell me about his morning routine...

My sleep schedule is now REVERSED thanks to work. I’m waking up when the sun goes down. I WILL FIX THIS. Also, it’s really damn cold out.

WELL- you might as well just SKIP this episode about how to wake up early, as I managed to get to sleep by around 7am. GAHHHHH. I will fix this. I will! Don’t look at me like that. Just kidding, please don’t skip this...
