I received an email from a guy whom I haven't seen since he was in 6th grade. In his note, he mentioned that I probably don’t remember him, and I don't, as I only interacted with him one time. What he shared with me in this email, I will now share with you. It is remarkable and got me thinking about full-circle moments. I have shared bits and pieces with you about my work in the government schools, but even to this day, I am processing through how those were full-circle moments. As I pondered these things, a very disturbing fact about my dad came to me, and although I am not here to change how much I love and miss him, something occurred to me about my dad and dads in general. I will tell you the story of the many full-circle moments I had, the many mistakes I made, and the gift these kids gave me.
