The Lord has gifted His church, such that what we need to affect His purposes is available to us! What is your place in the “body of Christ”? Are you growing from infancy to maturity? (The point of these gifts is to affect growth!) In what ways are we grouting together? As we close the first half of our teaching series in the book of Ephesians this Sunday, come ready to worship, come ready to seek the Lord in prayer, and come desiring to hear the whisper of His Spirit, as He prompts you and He prompts US to be who He wants us to be. Who doesn’t need more prayer?!! I am so grateful when someone offers to pray for me, or tells me that they remember me and my family on a regular basis! How about you? Do you need prayer? The Apostle Paul prayed for you as one of his readers 2,000 years ago, and his prayer continues to instruct us, and inspire us. This Sunday I will have you stand with me, and I will pray Paul’s prayer over us, once we understand what he is asking for.
